• Approval of the second revision to the initial charter of the Excellence Charter School of Bedford Stuyvesant.

• Approval of the first revision to the first renewal charter of the Genesee Community Charter School.

• Approval of the first revision to the initial charter of the Leadership Preparatory Charter School.

• Approval of the first revision to the first renewal charter of the New Covenant Charter School.

• Approval of the first revision to the initial charter of the Niagara Charter School.

• Approval of the proposed second renewal charter of the Harriet Tubman Charter School and extension of the provisional charter from January 11, 2007 up through and including June 30, 2007.

• Approval of the proposed amendment to Section 100.2(p) of the Commissioner’s Regulations relating to public school and district accountability.

Discussion

• Proposed amendment to Section 100.5 of the Commissioner’s Regulations relating to State assessments and graduation and diploma requirements as they pertain to the Regents diploma with honors or the Regents diploma with advanced designation with honors.
