Various curricula used, based on Intake/ Assessment. Using a Multiple Intelligence approach, personalized individualized plan will be geared to each child's learning style and addressing specific strengths and skill gaps.

Length of session will be prescribed by Intake/Assessment & individual need. Home Instruction: 60 minutes School/Instructional Center: - Individual: 30 - 60 minutes - Group: 60 - 90 minutes Phone & Online: 20-40 minutes.

Sept. 1 - June 30: after school hours and weekends. July & August: weekdays.

Online and/or Direct SES tutoring to Individuals or Group at home or at schools and sites .

Instructors are qualified, screened, oriented and college educated, with relevant experience or education, under general supervision of NYS certified teachers.

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery):

Quarterly Reports prepared - including attendance and progress and will be made available to parents, teachers and LEAs, upon request. Written year end summary submitted. Reports and yearly summary made available to non-English speaking parents in their native language to the exten practical.

Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation)

Additional relevant information:

Services include live reception by trained counselors, ESL instruction, specialists in bilingual/bicultural instruction, where available, translators, interpreters available in most languages.
