One on one tutoring will be provided in accordance with the local LEA individual Education Plan.

One on One & Group Tutoring will be provided in accordance with the proficiency level of students in reading, ELA & Math.


Qualifications of the service provider(s)/instructor(s):

Certified Teacher as Supervisor and Instructors must have at least 2 years of tutoring experience.


Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery):

Written Progress Reports in ELA, Reading & Math will be given to parents, teachers, & LEA quarterly. Student Goals and updated progress on those goals will be listed on the report. We will communicate by parent/teacher conference and by postal & electronic mail to the LEA.


Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation)

Transportation of students to the center is the responsibility of parents.
