CPNYC will provide appropriate accommodations and support to students with disabilities. Our location is handicap accessible. If students can not be successfully accommodated the Education Director will locate and refer families to the closest location that will work best with the child’s specific needs and limitations. |

Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with limited English proficiency: |
CPNYC will address the needs and work towards accelerating the academic achievement of diverse students with limited or no English proficiency. The English Language Learners Supplemental section of the curriculum provides instruction in Spanish and when necessary additional language can be ordered and utilized. The Educational Director is bilingual and CPNYC is prepared to identify and employ staff to work with children and families not proficient in English and speak languages other than Spanish. |
