September 1 through August 31, after school and summer sessions available.

Sheltered English.  Use of native language to communicate essential concepts.


Qualifications of the service provider(s)/instructor(s):

All tutors will be supervised by a certified teacher.  Tutors will be college graduates, some with education majors.


Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery):

Formal reports meeting LEA requirements at least quarterly.  Informal reports weekly to individual teachers and/or parents.


Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation)

Parental choice for bus drop off site.  The Belle Center Van will be available as required.
