The Smart program is a supplement to the ongoing in-school education of youth that is taken one step further. The program is facilitated by a certified instructor and utilizes traditional and computerized tutoring, and internet resources. Internet based distance learning via one-on-one applications are employed and monitored by certified instructors and trained administrators. |
