Standard: Up to 2 hour sessions/weekly.

10. Type of instruction: Small groups (1:5), peer-to-peer tutoring, one-on-one instruction
10a. Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with disabilities: The LVBEC SES program will be open to all eligible students.  Choice of program sites; all wheelchair accessible.  LVBEC SES will make all attempts to meet any additional needs of students (e.g., hearing impaired).
10b. Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with limited English proficiency: The LVBEC SES program will be open to all eligible students.  LVBEC SES will make serious effort to identify ESL instructors/ tutors to meet the needs of all persons with limited English proficiency.
11. Qualifications of the service provider(s)/instructor(s): NYS Certified Teachers and LVA-trained tutors.
12. Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery): Monthly written reports to teacher(s), parent(s) and appropriate BPS administrator(s).  Two parent-tutor conferences.
13. Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation) No.
