English as Second Language Instructors will be on staff. MMT's LEA is fluent in French, Spanish and Portuguese and will oversee progress of all students with limited English proficiency. |

Instructors possess an undergraduate degree, at minimum. Many are currently teaching in New York's public, private and parochial school teachers. |

A daily attendance sheet will be maintained which lists our class objective. There will be monthly parent-student conferences with the LEA and MMT's instructors. Informal reporting will be delivered more frequently and upon request by parent or guardian. All parents will be given email address and/or phone number for readily access to MMT's tutors. |

Additional relevant information: |
MMT conducted Summer 2004 Math Tutorial pilot program at Jackie Robinson Youth Center YMCA. Space available for 10 High School Students (grades 10-12, S.A.T. Prep10 Middle School Students (grades 7-9, focusing on specialized high school and statewide math test preparation) and 10 elementary school students (grades 4-6, focusing on basic math concepts and skill development). Mr. Farmer founded and established the 5 "P" S.A.T. Tutorial in 1994 operating under the Atlanta NAACP Chapter and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. |
