Curriculum used for over 20 years in elementary and secondary schools, public and charter, and approved in MT, AK, and OK for SES since 2005.

September 1 - June 30 plus summer hours as needed for up to 8 months.  This can also be offered on weekends for interested student groups of 10 or more.

Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with limited English proficiency:

6 ESL courses will be offered initially for those with limited English skills.  Additionally, the reading sections can be highlighted to read out loud to the student to gain proficiency.

The instructors will be certified NYS teachers selected from local school districts who are trained on the program.

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery):

Reports will be sent to parents at least monthly by US Mail or email (as desired) and weekly to teachers and LEA.

Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation)

Transportation will be provided from the local school or site location as required at no cost to the student.
