Statistical/empirical comparison proves it. Published a book based on results of distance learning which is now used in traditional coursework.

Since our work is presented online, all students (except those severely disabled) can access our work benefit immediately.  (For those severely disabled, work with the LEA to develop a remedy.)

Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with limited English proficiency:

Since our work is presented online, and we will utilize computerized diagnostics, we can assess the capabilities of our students.  We will place students with limited English proficiency in appropriate classes, so that English proficiency, for instance, is not relevant when diagnosing math skills, for example.

Qualifications of the service provider(s)/instructor(s):

All teachers and directors with SGV-ConsultEd, Inc. are trained and the leaders are licensed, according to New York State certification.

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery):

Reports will be sent online (e-mail) (with hardcopy to follow) to districts and parent.  Contact will also be made by phone.

Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation)

All work is provided online, so anyone near a computer (e.g., after school in school labs, at home, etc.) and access to the Internet can access our work.
