Facilities are handicap accessible. Programs have demonstrated effectiveness with students with learning disabilities.

Students will be matched with a certified teacher with the ability to provide instruction to students with limited English proficiency.

Qualifications of the service provider(s)/instructor(s):

All service delivery is overseen by a NYS certified teacher. All Teachers are state certified and Sylvan certified.

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery):

Monthly progress conferences detailing student academic growth are held throughout instruction.  Parents and LEA’s are invited to attend. Written and/or electronic reports provided at each progress conference.

Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation)

Transportation is not provided.
