In Center individualized instruction provided in a 3:1 Student Teacher Ratio, Online Instruction available where deemed appropriate,  Sylvan Ace It! Group Tutoring provided in an  8:1 Student Teacher ratio.
10a. Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with disabilities: Facilities are handicap accessible. Programs have demonstrated effectiveness with students with disabilities.
10b. Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with limited English proficiency: Students will be matched with a certified teacher with the ability to provide instruction to students with limited English proficiency.
11. Qualifications of the service provider(s)/instructor(s): All service delivery is overseen by a NYS certified teacher. All Teachers are state certified and Sylvan certified.
12. Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery): Progress Conferences detailing student academic growth are held throughout instruction. Written and/or electronic progress reports are provided.
13. Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation) Transportation is not provided.
14. Additional relevant information: Sylvan Learning Center provides NCLB supplemental educational services at various locations throughout the United States.
