Achievers Enrichment Services uses individualized instruction in Language Arts, Reading and Math. A.E.S. is sustained on a research based program that has been effective in schools around the United States and improves students’ academic achievement.

Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with disabilities:

Students with disabilities will have their Individual Educational Plan (IEP) followed by A.E.S. We will also confer with teachers and parents regarding best methods of instruction. A.E.S. will match Special Education students with specifically trained teachers.

Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with limited English proficiency:

ESL students will work with certified ESL and Bi-lingual teachers that will provide direct instruction depending on student’s level and development.  Our ESL program is designed to increase students’ English language proficiency levels significantly.

Qualifications of the service provider(s)/instructor(s):

All instructors will be New York State Certified teachers and/or teacher assistants.

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery):

Progress reports will be sent to parents, teachers and LEA on a monthly basis. There will also be monthly meetings and /or phones conferences to discuss progress of each student. If a more frequent method of reporting is necessary we will gladly fulfill any of these additional requirements. We will also provide reports in the native language if preferred by parents.

Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation)
