We make all available accommodations for students with disabilities to the best of our ability. We review the student’s IEP or 504 plan in conjunction with our pre-assessment results to set individual goals. |

Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with limited English proficiency: |
Our programs have been widely used with students with limited English proficiency in a multitude of settings. The program will be tailored to the individual student in order to make the most effective learning model. Also, bilingual tutors will be provided if needed. |

Qualifications of the service provider(s)/instructor(s): |
All instructors are required to have at least 48 college units and must go through our extensive training program in order to become certified Advanced Reading Solution instructors. All staff will be supervised by a NYSED credentialed teacher. |

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery): |
We work with LEAs to establish a time frame for frequency of reports. Typically, reports are given monthly to parents, school, and LEA. These written reports contain dates and times of lessons as well as student progress towards goals. |

Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation) |
We do not provide transportation for services. |
