Strategies to help students with disabilities included individual, one on one and smaller groups with 2-3 students versus 8-10 students help accommodate students with disabilities. We also modify materials and use guided practice with direct instruction. If the student has an Individual Education Program we will contact teachers familiar with the student to understand the student's needs. Tutors that specialize or are familiar with the student's disability will be assigned to work with the student.
