Copies of student IEP's and 504's are always readily available to permit teachers opportunty for appropriate instructional methodology..  BCSD School building always provide important access for students with physical disabilities

Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with limited English proficiency:

To help meet eligible ELL's meet high academic standards we provide access to: Teachers and personnel at the school who are well prepared and qualified to support ELLs while taking advantage of the many strengths and skills they bring to the classroom. Literacy-rich school/classroom environments where students are immersed in a variety of language experiences; Instruction that develops foundational skills in English and enables ELLs to participate fully in grade-level coursework. ELL teachers will apply District mandated research based instruction in English Language Arts and Mathematics and create culturally and developmentally apprpriate lessons for all learners.

Qualifications of the service provider(s)/instructor(s):

New York State Certified teachers, New york State Certified School Administratos, New York State Certified Social Workers and Counselors (as needed)

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery):

Monthly reports/meeting with parents and/or guardians.  reports are entered in the Student Information System (eSIS) for teachers and used as process data to evaluate progress.  Students' will be activily involved in their own progress assessment.

13.

Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation)

With the students attending their home or neighborbood school - transportation becomes a non-issue.
