Typically, each session would be 90 minutes.  In any week, students would receive three hours of tutoring.

Instruction is differentiated to meet the needs of each child. Both ELA and math programs were designed for students with special needs.

Qualifications of the service provider(s)/instructor(s):

All tutors will have at least a bachelor’s degree and three years teaching experience.

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery):

Quarterly Reports will be issued to parents, teachers and LEA after approximately every 11 hours of instruction.  Information will indicate student’s progress towards meeting goals identified in the Student Education Plan.  Site Supervisors will manage the development and dissemination of the reports.

Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation)

Transportation will not be provided.  However, when appropriate, students will be escorted from their home school to the tutoring site.
