Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with disabilities:

The tutors and the Literacy Coach will meet with the student's Special Education teacher to review and discuss their IEP and to identify any unique methods and strategies necessary.

Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with limited English proficiency:

Ibero will hire highly qualified bilingual education teachers and bilingual paraprofessionals. Bilingual education teachers and paraprofessionals are trained on methods and strategies for students with limited English proficiency.

NYS Bilingual Education teacher certification and experienced bilingual paraprofessionals.

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery):

The tutors will send a progress report to the student's classroom teachers and their parents via email or by mail on a weekly basis; these reports will be available in Spanish for parents. Tutors will meet with parents on a quarterly basis to discuss progress. Written progress reports will be distributed to the Rochester City School District as required.

Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation)

In most cases, students will be served at their schools. However, we will provide transportation on a limited basis.
