The tutors and the Literacy Coach will meet with the student's Special Education teacher to review and discuss their IEP and to identify any unique methods and strategies necessary. |

Ibero will hire highly qualified bilingual education teachers and bilingual paraprofessionals. Bilingual education teachers and paraprofessionals are trained on methods and strategies for students with limited English proficiency. |

NYS Bilingual Education teacher certification and experienced bilingual paraprofessionals. |

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery): |
The tutors will send a progress report to the student's classroom teachers and their parents via email or by mail on a weekly basis; these reports will be available in Spanish for parents. Tutors will meet with parents on a quarterly basis to discuss progress. Written progress reports will be distributed to the Rochester City School District as required. |

In most cases, students will be served at their schools. However, we will provide transportation on a limited basis. |
