We ensure appropriate accommodations for students with disabilities.  We will facilitate 1:1 instruction based in accordance with 504/IEP.  Instruction will be provided in an accessible location.

Description of methods and strategies for serving eligible students with limited English proficiency:

Eligible students with limited English proficiency will have equal access to our services.   We provide bilingual staff to assist students in mastering the language starting at the level they are on.  We will use SIOP strategies and focus on fluency building.

Qualifications of the service provider(s)/instructor(s):

Certified teachers, paraprofessionals and college interns with a staff ratio of 1:5 or less.  All staff will be supervised by a NYS certified teacher.

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery):

Monthly/Quarterly reports to parents, teachers and schools via mail or electronic submission.  Reports include progress on standards, attendance and tutor observation.

We provide free snacks daily and motivational rewards for the students.
