Students with disabilities will be serviced by certified special education instructors, and their learning plans will include information from their IEPs and 504 plans.

Students with limited English proficiency will be serviced by certified ESOL/ELL instructors.

Qualifications of the service provider(s)/instructor(s):

Highly qualified, certified regular education, special subject, special education, and ESOL/ELL teachers will provide instruction along with college students working toward their certification.

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery):

Delivery of services will be recorded and updated on the students learning plan. Weekly progress reports will be shared with the student during tutoring, monthly progress reports will be shared parents in person, via email or mail, and quarterly reports will be shared with the students' principals, and teachers via email and the LEA via the district's student management system.

Will transportation to the service location be provided at no charge if requested? (Note: LEAs are not required to provide or pay for transportation)

Transportation will not be provided by SCLL

Additional relevant information:

Smith's Center for Lifelong Learning will work in partnership with the LEA, principals, parents, teacher, and students in order to ensure student success.
