Through Technology, scaffolding and teaching solutions the program is specifically designed to promote vocabulary, word recognition, fluency, and reading comprehension. |

Failure Free Reading's talking software is designed to "fast track the acquistion of English" by controlling for variables most difficult for English as a second language learners namely: sentence structure, story content and repetition. |

Instruction service providers will be under the direct suspension of a NYS certificate teacher. Additional personnel that will deliver direct SES services to students will be a NYS certified teacher or a NYS certified Teacher Assistant. |

Reports to parents, teachers, and LEA (Content, frequency, method of delivery): |
Monthly reports to monitor the student's academic progress will be administered to parents, teachers and appropriate school official on a continuous basis. The computer software will generate these reports to maintain accurate scores. |
