Content delivered:
-pre-test, NY State Benchmarks, chapter reviews and assessments, monthly progress reports, post-test, and other informal teacher's assessment
-student's attendance and summary of his/her learning in the program
To whom we report:
-LEA, Parents, school content teacher

Frequency:
-after every 10 hours of academic tutoring
-mandated monthly reports that explains the areas of content covered in the current month and the study plan for next month
