- Delay in receiving Gr 8 ELA scorer training video
- There has been an unexpected delay in the shipment of videotapes for scorer training for the Grade 8 English Language Arts Test to all public school districts except New York City. School district offices outside of New York City will receive their shipments of videotapes by FedEx on Monday, January 26, 2004. All BOCES centers and New York City regional offices as well as nonpublic and charter schools administering this test will receive their shipments of videotapes on January 22 or 23.
