Technical Assistance Center for the Universal Service Discount (e-Rate) Program

1. Since schools have very different needs from libraries when it comes to the E-rate program, would NYSED consider proposals that only sought to serve one of the two groups? For example, would a proposal seeking only to serve the school audience or only seeking to serve the library audience in New York State be considered?
   
   Answer: The winning contractor will need to fulfill the deliverables set forth in the RFP, which includes services to both schools and libraries.
