Race to the Top Network Team Institute (NTI) - June Conference

The New York State Education Department (NYSED) is seeking proposals from bidders to host the Race to the Top Network Team Institute (NTI) for the school year 2011-12. Hotels located within the counties of Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga or Rensselaer are invited to submit a bid for the NTI session held from June 5, 2012 through June 7, 2012. The services needed include lodging, meeting space, audio visual equipment and set-up, and food for approximately 400 participants. The contract resulting from this IFB will be for a term beginning no sooner than June 1, 2012 and ending no later than June 30, 2012.

Mandatory Requirements:

Eligible hotels must be located in the counties of Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga or Rensselaer and have a general session room that can accommodate 400 estimated participants for a particular session (see Chart A in the IFB), and be able to provide 185-200 hotel rooms (double occupancy, two double-beds) for a given session (see Chart A in the IFB).
