Consultant Support for the Implementation of the New York State Education Department’s Charter Schools Program (CSP) Grant for 2011-2016

1. Does the Department consider educators engaged from time to time to participate as team members or writers on site visits or to review charter applications subcontractors?
   
   Answer: Non-employees engaged to work on the project are subcontractors.
   
   
2. Will the current charter school renewal protocol be followed for external reviews or will a new or revised protocol be used?
   
   Answer: A revised renewal protocol will be used.
