Prevailing Wage Rates (5/91) - Reference Guide #C.3
The Bureau of Public Works
of the New York State Department of Labor has announced that the annual promulgation
of prevailing wage rates becomes effective on July 1, 1991 and remains in
effect until June 30, 1992. These rates will apply to all new public works
projects let on or after July 1, 1991.
Districts which have existing projects that are not completed prior to July 1,
1991 will
be sent a copy by the Labor Department of the new rates which apply to the existing
project.
