Performance by Grade Level in the Big 5 Cities
In every district, 7th- and 8th-graders were less likely to meet all the standard than students in earlier grades.  In New York City and Yonkers, the majority of students in grades 3, 4, and 5 met the standards, as did a majority of sixth-graders in New York City.
