Known Problems That Have Been Corrected
- Ungraded students whose date of birth makes them too young for grade 3
testing were counted for participation (and performance if there was a
NYSESLAT score—though no performance level showed). They should not be
counted for either participation or performance.
- Students with disabilities who have a NYSAA-eligible program service
code but a NYSTP assessment record are showing as not tested for NYSAA when
they should be showing as tested for NYSTP. The program should be ignoring
the program service code. If the student has a NYSTP record, that should be
used, regardless of what other assessment are in there.
