The grade 3 through grade 8 tests are designed to help ensure that all students reach the higher learning standards set by the Board of Regents.  The tests challenge students to demonstrate their ability to read, write, listen and use mathematics.  Students are considered to be meeting the standards by scoring at Level 3 or 4 on the assessments.  Data are included for general education and special education students who took the tests.
