Between 1998 and 2005, New York City employed a different method for determining the distribution of graduates entering postsecondary education for those who did not declare their intentions. Rather than prorating the non-respondents across all possible postgraduation categories, they were removed from the distribution going on to postsecondary education.
For 2006, the majority of New York City public graduates are reported as “Other”, a category not represented in this table
