We wish to inform you about recent releases of data from school year 2006-2007 that are part of the Department’s ongoing efforts to enhance teacher quality for all students. This spring we presented two reports to the Board of Regents that are now available at http://www.highered.nysed.gov/:
- Progress Report on Highly Qualified Teachers
- Progress Report on Teacher Supply and Demand
In addition, district-level data on highly qualified teachers from school years 2004-2005, 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 is available at http://www.p12.nysed.gov/irs/.
