Please follow the directions to subscribe to receive email alerts when a new edition of News and Notes is posted online:

1. Send an e-mail message to LISTSERV@LISTSERV.NYSED.GOV
2. The body of the message must read: SUBSCRIBE NEWSNOTES <Your Name>
   Example: SUBSCRIBE NEWSNOTES John Smith
3. An email message will be returned to you to verify your subscription
4. Verify your subscription by following the directions in the email message
5. A final confirmation message will be returned to you

You may leave the list at any time by sending an email to LISTSERV@LISTSERV.NYSED.GOV with the following text in the body of the message: "SIGNOFF NEWSNOTES"
