NOTICE TO NONPUBLIC SCHOOLS
Adjustment to CAP Payments for 2007- 08 School Year
March 21, 2012
As you are aware, the Department is no longer accepting CAP claims for the 2007-08 school year. However, due to the availability of funds, a payment adjustment will be made to all schools that received CAP reimbursement for the 2007-08 school year in the amount of 3.86% of their CAP claim total for that year.
The MSA online system will be used to calculate the payment adjustment. Schools will receive a notice upon invoicing that there has been an adjustment made to their 2007-08 CAP payment. Schools should expect to receive the adjustment payment within two weeks of receiving the notice.
