NYS Charter Schools Dissemination Grants
Application for Continuation in 2010-2011 of Multi-Year Grant Award Contracts
Charter schools currently approved for multi-year dissemination grants, through the NYS Education Department, under NCLB, Title V, Part B, may apply for continuation of their existing programs in 2010–2011.
The grant period extends from June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011 for:
Charter School for Applied Technologies
Bronx Charter School for the Arts
Please complete each of the following six (6) sections of the application:

Project Progress Report
Project Budget Narrative
Equipment Report
The only acceptable signatory for the Application Cover Page and the FS-20 budget form is
the Chief Administrative Officer of the charter school (i.e., school leader, principal, school
director) OR the Board of Trustees President when an Educational Management Company is present.
In order to receive your funds, submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of the complete application (Facsimiles will not be accepted.) by April 16, 2010 (postmarked) to:
