Alert #3: Missing Tanker Truck in New Jersey, New York City

I just received the following notice from the Department of Homeland Security about a missing tanker truck. Please alert people in your area to be on the lookout for this vehicle.
MISSING TANKER TRUCK
DATE/TIME 08/02/04 at 7:10 hrs. EDT
LOOKOUT: 2001 Freightliner Tractor color orange
VIN#: 1FUJACAS31LJ28745
NJ Plate#: AD530K registered to Island Transportation Corp.
Company unit #2140
Trailer is a 1986 Heil trailer, no markings on sides of trailer, there is a Island logo on rear of trailer.
This vehicle is still at large at this time and was last seen in the metropolitan areas (Northern New Jersey and New York City) mentioned in the intelligence received in the HSAS Orange elevation.
