Data that are in the Level 2 warehouse as certified by school districts by August 26, 2019 will be final and used in all State aggregations and in Local Education Agency reports.

Verification Report 13 is a report of preschool children with disabilities for whom the school district has Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) responsibility and who were provided preschool special education services for any length of time during the 2018-19 school year.

Verification Report 15 displays school district’s data on the functional level of preschool children on the Early Childhood Outcomes Summary Form (COSF) in the three early childhood outcome areas upon initial evaluation for preschool special education services and upon exit from preschool special education. Verification Report 16 data are for school districts that used up to 15% of IDEA federal funds to provide CEIS during the 2016-17 and/or 2017-18 and/or 2018-19 school years and were students with disabilities in the 2018-19 school year.
