Annual Determinations of IDEA Status to Schools
The United States Education Department (USED) requires the State to annually report to the public on each school district's performance and/or compliance on 14 indicator areas relating to three priority areas: FAPE, placement in LRE and disproportionality by race/ethnicity. In addition, the State must notify each school school district of its determination as to whether the district's performance measured against the targets established in the SPP meets requirements, needs assistance, needs intervention or needs substantial intervention.
