The NYSED School Library Services team NYSED works to provide statewide leadership in school library services and build awareness of the important impact school library media specialists and school libraries have on student achievement. School Library Services Web pages contain guidance on programs, products, and services related to the New York State Learning Standards, Common Core State Standards, and curriculum models, and information on NYS legislation, Board of Regents initiatives, and Regulations of the Commissioner of Education as they effect school libraries and school library systems.
