Best Practices

Upon completion of the implementation of their SSDST grants, districts were given an opportunity to highlight their best practices to serve as resources for other districts interested in capacity-building program opportunities.

Districts were asked to complete the Promising Practices Guidance and Submission Form template “in their own words” to provide specific details of those best practices.

In response to the SSDST RFP, all applicants were required to select Strand #1: District Systems and Structures. They could then select additional strand(s), also listed on the template.

Districts either completed their SSDST grants in August 2014, or chose to participate in the no-cost extension through June 30, 2015. Dates of activities will reflect those completion dates.
