School Improvement Grant 1003(g) Continuation Plans are due. The district must submit one application for each of its SIG schools (Cohorts 4 and 5).

Continuation Plans Word Document (91 KB) and Academic Data, budgets and budget narratives for each Cohort 4 and 5 school are due to NYSED no later than May 22, 2015 and should be submitted via Review Room. See here for Continuation Plan Guidelines. PDF Document (212 KB)

June

  • No Implementation Period Progress Report is due for June.
  • Continuation Plan phone calls for each district will take place during the week of June 22nd, 2015

August

  • Implementation Period Progress (Each Individual School) due to NYSED no later than August 3, 2015.
  • Progress monitoring phone calls for each district during the week of August 17th
