November - New York City DOE only

  • Progress Report #1 for “B” schools due to NYSED no later than November 13, 2013.  Progress monitoring phone calls the week of November 18th.

December

JanuaryNew York City DOE only

  • Progress Report #1 for “B” schools due to NYSED no later than January 8, 2014.  Progress monitoring phone calls the week of January 13th. 

February

MarchNew York City DOE only

  • Progress Report #1 for “B” schools due to NYSED no later than March 5, 2014.  Progress monitoring phone calls the week of March 10th.

April

May New York City DOE only

School Improvement Grant 1003(g) Continuation Plan.  The district must submit one application for each of its SIG schools (Cohorts 3 and 4).

  • Progress Report #1 for “B” schools due to NYSED no later than May 1, 2014.  Progress monitoring phone calls the week of May 5th. 

June

  • No Implementation Period Progress Report is due for June.
  • Continuation Plans Word Document (91 KB) and Academic Data, budgets and budget narratives for each Cohort 3 and 4 school are due to NYSED no later than May 23, 2014 and should be submitted via Review Room. See here for Continuation Plan Guidelines. PDF Document (212 KB)
  • Continuation Plan phone calls for each district will take place during the week of June 23rd, 2014. The School Turnaround Office will contact you to schedule the call.
