Third-Party Vendor Project Submission Reviews
- Outsourcing of eligible capital project submissions to Third-Party Vendors started February 1st, 2018 and will continue until further notice.
- Please see this memo with information about what projects are eligible to be outsourced, including certain Enegery Performance Contract (EPC) projects, and how to request a third-party review for your project submission. (01/04/19)
- Several superintendents who had projects that had been reviewed by our architects, but were still awaiting review by our engineers, asked us if they could outsource projects that have received partial NYSED review. We have made the determination to accommodate these requests. However, when determining whether a partial review is a good business decision for your district, you should be aware that the costs of these reviews will be calculated at the same aggregate project total level as for the full review. If your district has a project that has received partial review, and you wish to request outsourcing – please submit your request to: thirdpartyreview@nysed.gov. (06/26/18)
