Collection of BASIC EDUCATIONAL DATA SYSTEM (BEDS) INSTITUTIONAL MASTER FILE (IMF)

 

BEDS IMF 2024-25

The Basic Educational Data System (BEDS) Institutional Master File (IMF) application for Public School Districts and Schools, Charter Schools, BOCES and Nonpublic Schools will be available via the IRS Data Exchange (IDEx) on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 and must be submitted by Friday, November 15, 2024.

The current online application can be accessed on the NYSED Business Portal using your SEDDAS username and password.

• If you have questions regarding the online application, please submit a ticket to Datasupport.

All public school districts and schools, charter schools and BOCES are required to submit BEDS IMF via IDEX.  Copies of BEDS IMF forms are provided via the links below and are for reference only.  Nonpublic schools are strongly encouraged to submit BEDS IMF via IDEX.

NOTE:   THE BEDS IMF FORMS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR NEW YORK CITY PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
