Personnel Master File (PMF)

The Basic Educational Data System (BEDS) Personnel Master File (PMF) standard statistical summaries contain information collected annually from teachers and administrators throughout New York State Public Schools, BOCES, and Charter Schools. These reports contain data about annual salary, age, gender, experience, degree status, average class size and certification status.

Please note that K-12 enrollment displayed in the PMF statistical summary reports are preliminary enrollment and as such may vary slightly from the final enrollment displayed in the NYS School Report Cards.
