LEA (Districts and Schools) Support Contacts
RIC (Regional Information Center) and Big 5 City School District points of contact are now broken out into distinct lists:
- Support contacts for LEAs (including specific contacts for each reporting system, whether local contact for system access or Level 1/NYSED contact for troubleshooting or other support).
- Listing of Level 1 Project Managers for the statewide data warehouse.
