Action Plan to Correct Overdue Noncompliance
The following Action Plan is for use by your school district if:
- You received a nine month compliance notification for State Performance Plan (SPP) Indicator 11, SPP Indicator 12 or SPP Indicator 13;
- You were unable to report to the New York State Education Department (NYSED) the correction of outstanding noncompliance within 30 days of the date of the nine month notice.
The Action Plan must be submitted to the Special Education Quality Assurance (SEQA) Regional Office within 30 days of the date of the nine month notice.
