Appendix B - Early Childhood Direction Centers

 

The Early Childhood Direction Centers (ECDCs) provide information about programs and services for young children, ages birth through five, who have physical, mental or emotional disabilities and help families obtain services for their children.

 

The ECDCs Provide Information About:

• preschool programs

• transportation

• medical, educational, and social services

• evaluation and assessment services

• funding

• parent education programs and resources

• day care

• the State’s early intervention system
