Monitoring Protocols for Previous Years By Indicator

Indicator 4: Suspension/ Expulsion

School District Self-Review Monitoring Protocol - Suspension of Students with Disabilities - This self-review monitoring protocol on the long-term suspension of students with disabilities must be completed by all school districts identified by the State as having significant discrepancy in the rates of long-term suspensions of students with disabilities and/or disproportionality in their rates of long-term suspensions of students with disabilities by race/ethnicity.

Indicator 9: Disproportionality in Special Education by Race/Ethnicity

School District Self-Review Monitoring Protocol - Disproportionate Identification of Racial and Ethnic Groups in Special Education and Related Services - School districts that have been identified under federal Indicator #9 of the State Performance Plan by the State Education Department (SED) as having significant disproportionality based on race and ethnicity in the identification of students with disabilities are required to complete this self-review monitoring protocol.

Indicator 10: Disproportionality in Classification/Placement by Race/Ethnicity

School District Self-Review Monitoring Protocol - Disproportionate Representation of Students with Disabilities by Classification and Placement - School districts that have been identified under federal Indicator #10 of the State Performance Plan by the State Education Department (SED) as having significant disproportionate representation of students with disabilities by classification and/or placement are required to complete this self-review monitoring protocol.
