Section 3240 - Chapter 16, Title IV, Article 65, Part II
Sec. 3240. School census in the cities of New York, Buffalo and Rochester. In the cities of New York, Buffalo and Rochester provision shall be made by the board of education for taking a school census in connection with the work of enforcing part one of this article.
