NOTICE TO NONPUBLIC SCHOOLS
Adjustment to MSA and CAP Payments for the 2009-10 School Year
March 2, 2015
A payment adjustment will be made to all schools that received MSA and CAP reimbursement for the 2009-10 school year. The adjustment will include 6% of the MSA claim total and 4.67% of the CAP claim total. This payment adjustment will bring the MSA reimbursement level to 100%, and the CAP reimbursement level to 71.06% for the 2009-10 school year.
The MSA online system will be used to calculate the payment adjustment. Schools will receive a notice upon invoicing that there has been an adjustment made to their MSA and CAP payments for those school years. Schools should expect to receive the adjustment payment within two weeks of receiving the notice.
